Angel Gabriel went to the town the town was named  Nazareth the angle went to mary Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God and mary was scared by the angel and then the angel said you are getting a baby  and she was filled with joy but the angel said the baby will be named Jesus and you have to find Joseph so you two with look after  Jesus. 

And then Angel Gabriel said the holy spirit will be with you and your family. The holy one was born and it was the son of the God.

And then Mary said, ``I am the Lord's servant May your word to me be fulfilled.” Then the angel left her and Mary said goodbye to the angel and the angel said goodbye too.

Worm Farm

today WALT make a worm farm :so you have to do is get so much paper and get some cardboard and rip them up in to little paper and then you do it the same to the cardboard and when your done put some water in it and put some of the food that you do not want to eat  ok.

What to feed worms in a worm bin

When you feed worms always try to add equal portions of greens and browns!

Greens: Vegetable and fruit scraps, bread, pasta, coffee grounds and filters,

teabags, dead plant matter from house plants

.Browns: Paper, junk mail, paper egg cartons, cardboard, dry leaves

• What to feed your worm. Apple banana meat Earthworms will eat both organic matter and small microorganisms. Earthworms will feed on dead grass and leaves if they are above the surface of the ground. Worms will also feed on fruits, berries and vegetables. However, if they are below ground, they may also feed on algae, fungi and bacteria. 

• What do you not  feed your worms

Compost worms benefit from a balanced diet. They will eat most normal kitchen fruit and vegetable scraps. Avoid feeding the worms large quantities of meat, citrus, onions and dairy foods. Some processed food also contains preservatives, which discourage the worms from eating it.

my labor day

 Today me and my family went to beach park and we had food and drinks so we ate first and then we went to the park and play it was fun then we went to the flying fox it was so so cool and it like i was a flying fox and a car that look like my cousin car and then it was my cousin car then they ran and hug me and sisters then i said do you want to play something so i was thinking and then i had it and told to my cousin and my sister do you want to play… and then i forgot it and my cousin came in and said do you want to play ruby or tag and then we said tag but not me i want to play ruby and then we play it my sister who was in then i ran and ran so she can’t get me and she saw me and then i played died and then she saw me and woke me up and then my cousin came over and said want happen so my said she saw me and ran to tag me and then she lied down on the ground and siad found you then she saw me and that when my dad said naite naite where are you come if you hear me ok and then i said coming and my sister said if i was died and if i was a ghost and then if i was a ghost you will not see me and i will hunt you forever and ever and ever. Then we have to go home and go for a shower so we went to the car and said bye bye to my cousin and they said bye byee back to me and when we were on then the way we got some food like kfc of mc download and then we went home and go for a shower and ate some mc download we had it was so so yummy in my tum tum. human knot

 What is a human knot 

A human knot kind a like a game and it fun so fun but some time you get hurt

How do you play human knot.

It fun but you have to go in a circle and you reach your hand to different person not

the one that is beside you only the one in front of you and the you have be

in the circle again.

And when your done telling each other I think you play a game with everyone like ruby or tag and something like that.

and you can still play it and it will be an game of fun and excise ok have fun.

and one more thing still get fit and still play it.
